Nurse Manager
The nurse manager is responsible for managing the care unit, supervising the nursing staff, and coordinating care for the residents. The nurse manager works closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.

Orderly
The orderly is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for the residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, and working closely with the nurses to ensure the well-being of the residents. Their role is essential in providing a pleasant and comfortable living experience for the residents.

Cook
The cook is responsible for preparing tasty and balanced meals for the residents, taking into account their specific nutritional needs. They ensure the quality and safety of the food, as well as the cleanliness of the kitchen. They work closely with nutritionists and other staff members to ensure the well-being of the residents.

Nurse
The nurse is responsible for the well-being of the residents, including monitoring their health, administering medications, and coordinating care with doctors and other healthcare professionals. The nurse is also there to provide emotional support and to meet the daily needs of the residents.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping ensures a clean and safe environment for the residents. The tasks include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as managing cleaning supplies. The housekeeping team member collaborates closely with the caregiving staff to ensure the well-being of the residents.

Recreational Services
The recreation monitor plans and organizes recreational activities for the residents. Their service aims to maintain and promote quality of life through a program of activities tailored to the residents’ interests. Individual or group activities are planned according to the residents’ needs and preferences.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The LPN is responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing care such as mobility and feeding. They are responsible for keeping accurate records and communicating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for the residents.

Food aid attendant
The food service aide is responsible for preparing and distributing meals to the residents, ensuring that specific dietary requirements are met. They work closely with the nurses and other staff members to ensure that the residents receive healthy and balanced meals.

Administrative Agent

The Administrative Officer Class 1: manages the reception, supports scheduling and administration. Under the authority of the Administrative Services lead, the officer plays a central role in managing the administrative tasks of the CHSLD. You will be a key resource for residents, families, and employees.
