Users Committee

The Users' Committee is composed of residents, family members, relatives and volunteers. Elected annually, the committee meets approximately six times a year and is supported by technical assistance from the General Manager.

Role of the Users' Committee

The roles and responsibilities of the user committee are:

  • To inform residents of their rights and obligations.

  • To promote the improvement of the quality of life of residents and to assess their degree of satisfaction with the services provided.

  • To defend the collective rights and interests of residents, or at the request of a resident, to defend his rights and/or interests as a resident with the Center or with any other competent authority.

  • To act as guardian and not master of the rights of residents.

  • To respect the residents.
