Users Committee
The Users' Committee is composed of residents, family members, relatives and volunteers. Elected annually, the committee meets approximately six times a year and is supported by technical assistance from the General Manager.
Role of the Users' Committee
The roles and responsibilities of the user committee are:

To inform residents of their rights and obligations.

To promote the improvement of the quality of life of residents and to assess their degree of satisfaction with the services provided.

To defend the collective rights and interests of residents, or at the request of a resident, to defend his rights and/or interests as a resident with the Center or with any other competent authority.

To act as guardian and not master of the rights of residents.
-
To respect the residents.
