Role of The Local Services and Quality Commissioner (LSQCC):

• To ensure that the rights of the residents are respected
• To participate in the continual improvement of the quality of care and services offered to the residents.
• To permit a resident or their legally mandated representative lodged in one of Santé Courville residences that is not satisfied with the care and services received or that they should have received; the opportunity to express their complaint and to receive explanations and appropriate corrective measures that are in accord with the rules specified by the law on health and social services.
