Since 1935, Santé Courville has offered the highest quality of care to its residents. The ‘’We Care’’ tradition was started by the founder Mrs. Vivian Courville and continues with the third generation Mr. Ken Courville.
Santé Courville is accredited by Accreditation Canada. Recently, both of our centers were visited by the Ministry of Health of Quebec and received excellent reviews.

I would like to thank the founder Mrs. Vivian Courville, and Mrs. Evelyn and Mr. George Courville, the second generation to have continued and inspired those around them in the ``We Care’’ tradition and the humanization of care.
I would also like to thank Mr. Daniel Rhodes for his contribution to the network with the center Havre du Crépuscule and with his important collaboration with the Courville family.

In closing, I would like to thank the hundreds of employees that have worked for the Vivian Courville Nursing Home, The Waterloo Hospital, The Centre Gériatrique Courville, The Centre Gériatrique Le Bel Âge de Fabre. Role of The Local Services and Quality Commissioner (LSQCC):

To ensure that the rights of the residents are respected
To participate in the continual improvement of the quality of care and services offered to the residents.
To permit a resident or their legally mandated representative lodged in one of Santé Courville residences that is not satisfied with the care and services received or that they should have received; the opportunity to express their complaint and to receive explanations and appropriate corrective measures that are in accord with the rules specified by the law on health and social services.
