The main goal of our whole organization is the satisfaction of all our residents. This goal is attained by giving quality care and services as required by each resident.

The respect of each resident and the recognition of his rights and liberties must inspire all our actions towards him. Therefore our relations with them must at all times be marked by the seal of courtesy, politeness, kindness and amiability. We respect the dignity and privacy of all.

We recognize the right of possession for our residents of their personal effects and we recognize that these are for their personal and exclusive use.

We recognize for each resident, the right to the choice of relationships he wishes to maintain, the right to accept or refuse a treatment, an activity or any other service that we offer. It is the right of each resident or his legal tutor to know the state of his health.

Each resident has a right to the services required by the state of his health. We practice continued care so as to give our residents the comfort and constant care they need.

All the personnel of the Centre in their every day work and their relations respect this philosophy of operation with the residents.
